Account Information

What is Account Information?

Account Information shows the identity and status details associated with your ReelBot account.

It is a read-only overview designed to help you:

  • understand how your account is identified
  • confirm verification status
  • see which login methods are linked
  • troubleshoot access issues

This section does not control content or billing.

What appears in Account Information

Your Account Information card displays:

  • Email address
  • Email verification status
  • Linked social login providers
  • Last sign-in time
  • User ID

Each field reflects the current state of your account.

Email address

Your email address is:

  • your primary account identifier
  • used for login (unless using social login)
  • used for notifications and security emails

If you signed up using a social provider, the email shown is the one provided by that platform.

Email verification status

The verification status indicates whether your email has been confirmed.

Verified

  • full access is enabled
  • no further action is required

Not verified

  • access may be restricted
  • a verification email is required before continuing

Users who sign up using social login are verified automatically.

Linked social login providers

This section shows which social providers are connected to your account.

Supported providers include:

  • Google
  • Apple
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook

If a provider is linked:

  • it becomes a valid login method
  • it may be highlighted as the preferred method

Smart login detection

ReelBot uses smart login detection to prevent duplicate accounts.

When you enter your email on the login or signup screen:

  • ReelBot detects linked social providers
  • highlights the correct login option
  • guides you to the appropriate method

This ensures one account per email.

Last sign-in activity

The Last Sign-In field shows:

  • the most recent successful login time

This helps you:

  • confirm recent access
  • detect unexpected activity

If something looks unfamiliar, update your credentials immediately.

User ID

Your User ID is a unique internal identifier.

It is used for:

  • support requests
  • internal tracking
  • debugging and audits

The User ID cannot be changed.

What you can edit from here

Account Information itself is read-only.

To make changes, use related sections:

  • Email & Verification → change email
  • Password Management → update password
  • Social Logins → manage linked providers

This separation protects account integrity.

Security considerations

Account Information:

  • cannot be edited directly
  • reflects real-time state
  • updates automatically after verified changes

Sensitive changes always require confirmation.

Common questions

Why can’t I edit my email here?
Email changes require verification and are handled in a dedicated flow for security.

Why is my social login highlighted?
It indicates the preferred or linked login method for your email.

Why don’t I see a password option?
Accounts created with social login may not have a password set.

Best practices

For a secure account:

  • keep your email verified
  • link at least one social provider as backup
  • review last sign-in activity periodically
  • contact support with your User ID if needed

The CreatorOps perspective

In CreatorOps, identity must be stable and explicit.

Account Information:

  • establishes ownership
  • prevents ambiguity
  • supports secure automation

Everything else builds on this foundation.
