Features Overview

How ReelBot is structured

ReelBot is built as a CreatorOps system, not a collection of disconnected tools.

Every feature exists to support one goal: turn ideas into consistent, publish-ready short-form videos at scale.

To achieve this, ReelBot separates responsibilities into clear layers.

The ReelBot feature layers

ReelBot features are organized into the following systems:

Creation system

This is where videos are created.

Includes:

  • Video Studio
  • Narrated and Cinematic flows
  • Topic and script generation
  • Voiceover generation with speech marks
  • Asset selection and sequencing
  • Review and generation

The creation system focuses on quality, pacing, and repeatability.

Settings & consistency system

This system controls how videos behave visually and structurally.

Includes:

  • Settings Sidebar
  • Duration
  • Tone
  • Caption sizing
  • Brand Presets
  • Impacted Steps Warning
  • Templates

These features exist to:

  • lock decisions upstream
  • prevent inconsistency
  • make regeneration safe

Asset system

This system manages reusable inputs.

Includes:

  • Assets Library
  • Video (B-roll) assets
  • Music assets
  • Image animation
  • Uploading and storage limits

Assets are treated as inventory, not one-off attachments.

Project system

This system manages generated outputs.

Includes:

  • Projects list
  • Video previews
  • Downloading
  • Editing and regeneration
  • Deletion and lifecycle management

Projects are final results — not editable timelines.

Publishing & distribution system

This system handles distribution.

Includes:

  • Publish Dialog
  • Draft posts
  • Publishing history
  • Platform-aware publishing
  • Channel integrations (TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube)

Publishing is explicit and intentional — never automatic.

Channel & integration system

This system manages external connections.

Includes:

  • Channel management
  • Platform authentication
  • Plan-based channel limits
  • Secure permission handling

Channels enable publishing — they do not automate decisions.

Subscription & usage system

This system controls scale and capacity.

Includes:

  • Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
  • AI credits
  • Video generation limits
  • Publishing limits
  • Storage limits
  • Live usage tracking

Limits are transparent and enforced gracefully.

Account & security system

This system manages identity and ownership.

Includes:

  • Account information
  • Email verification
  • Password and email changes
  • Social logins
  • Referral program
  • Account deletion (Danger Zone)

Account settings are global and irreversible where required.

What all features have in common

Across all features, ReelBot follows consistent principles:

  • no silent resets
  • no hidden limits
  • no automatic publishing
  • no destructive actions without confirmation
  • no feature coupling that breaks workflows

Every system is designed to be predictable.

How to explore features

Depending on what you’re looking for:

  • Creating videos? → Start with Video Studio
  • Scaling output? → Explore Settings Sidebar and Templates
  • Managing media? → See Assets
  • Publishing content? → Go to Publishing
  • Understanding limits? → Visit Subscription & Usage
  • Managing access? → Check Account Settings

Each section builds on the previous one.

The CreatorOps perspective

In CreatorOps, systems scale when:

  • decisions are locked early
  • responsibilities are separated
  • regeneration is safe
  • distribution is deliberate

ReelBot’s features are designed to work together, not compete for attention.
