Dashboard Overview

What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is the operational home of ReelBot.

It provides a real-time snapshot of:

  • your usage
  • your output
  • your current plan
  • your next possible actions

The dashboard is designed to answer one question quickly:

“What’s my current state, and what should I do next?”

What the Dashboard is designed for

The Dashboard helps you:

  • understand usage at a glance
  • resume creation quickly
  • monitor recent activity
  • avoid hitting limits unexpectedly
  • move efficiently between features

It is informational first, actionable second.

Usage summary cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find key usage cards.

These typically include:

  • AI-generated videos (used / limit)
  • AI credits used
  • Posts published
  • Current subscription plan

These cards update automatically and reflect real-time usage.

Recent videos

The Recent Videos section shows your latest generated projects.

Features include:

  • previewing the video directly in the dashboard
  • quick access to completed work
  • a shortcut to view all projects

This section helps you quickly:

  • review recent output
  • confirm successful generation
  • jump back into editing or publishing

Quick actions

The Quick Actions panel provides shortcuts to common workflows.

Typical actions include:

  • create a new video
  • view all projects
  • check usage and subscription details

This reduces navigation friction and keeps momentum high.

Getting started guide

For new or returning users, the Dashboard includes a Getting Started guide.

This lightweight tutorial outlines:

  1. generating a script
  2. selecting assets
  3. generating a video

It acts as:

  • onboarding reinforcement
  • a reminder of the core flow
  • a confidence boost for first-time users

Real-time feedback

The Dashboard reflects changes immediately.

When you:

  • generate a video
  • publish a post
  • consume AI credits
  • change plans

…the Dashboard updates automatically to reflect the new state.

No refresh required.

What the Dashboard does NOT do

To avoid confusion, the Dashboard does not:

  • edit videos
  • configure detailed settings
  • manage assets directly
  • replace the Video Studio

It’s a control panel, not a workspace.

The CreatorOps perspective

In CreatorOps, dashboards exist to:

  • reduce cognitive load
  • surface constraints early
  • guide next actions

ReelBot’s Dashboard is designed to:

  • keep you oriented
  • prevent surprises
  • support consistent output

It’s not about motivation — it’s about clarity.

When to use the Dashboard

Use the Dashboard when you want to:

  • check remaining credits
  • see what you’ve created recently
  • decide what to work on next
  • confirm system status

Once oriented, you move to:

  • Video Studio for creation
  • Projects for management
  • Publish for distribution

  • Video Studio
  • Projects
  • Publishing
  • Subscription & Usage

The Dashboard keeps everything connected — without getting in the way.
