Recent Videos Preview

What is Recent Videos?

Recent Videos is a compact preview section on the Dashboard that shows your most recently generated videos.

Its purpose is to:

  • confirm successful generation
  • provide fast playback access
  • let you continue work without navigating deeply

It’s designed for quick awareness, not full project management.

What appears in Recent Videos

The section displays:

  • your latest completed video projects
  • typically the most recent three videos
  • newest videos first

Only successfully generated videos appear here.

Drafts and failed generations are not shown.

In-dashboard video preview

Each video includes a View action.

Clicking View:

  • opens the video in a modal dialog
  • allows instant playback
  • does not navigate away from the Dashboard

This lets you quickly:

  • review pacing
  • check captions
  • confirm visuals
  • validate generation quality

Why preview matters

Previewing videos immediately helps you:

  • catch issues early
  • decide whether regeneration is needed
  • confirm a batch is ready
  • build confidence in output quality

It reduces unnecessary navigation to Projects.

Accessing full project management

The Recent Videos section includes a View All entry point.

This takes you to:

  • the Projects page
  • full project controls
  • download, edit, and publish options

Recent Videos is a shortcut — Projects is the workspace.

What you can’t do here

Recent Videos is intentionally limited.

You cannot:

  • edit videos
  • regenerate steps
  • publish directly
  • delete projects
  • change settings

This keeps the Dashboard lightweight and focused.

How it fits into a CreatorOps workflow

Recent Videos supports a common CreatorOps pattern:

  1. Generate videos
  2. Return to the Dashboard
  3. Preview output quickly
  4. Decide next action:
    • regenerate
    • publish
    • move on

It acts as a quality checkpoint, not a management layer.

Real-time updates

When a video finishes generating:

  • it appears automatically in Recent Videos
  • no refresh is required

This makes the Dashboard a reliable status indicator.

Common misconceptions

  • Recent Videos is not a history of all work
  • It does not replace Projects
  • It is not editable

It’s a preview — by design.

The CreatorOps perspective

CreatorOps systems favor fast feedback loops.

Recent Videos exists to:

  • reduce friction
  • surface results quickly
  • keep momentum high

You shouldn’t have to hunt for your latest work.

  • Dashboard Overview
  • Projects & Video Management
  • Review & Generate

Preview fast. Decide clearly. Move forward.
