Quick Actions

What are Quick Actions?

Quick Actions are shortcuts on the Dashboard that let you jump directly into the most common workflows in ReelBot.

They exist to:

  • reduce navigation friction
  • minimize context switching
  • help you act immediately after checking status

Quick Actions are not feature duplicates — they are entry points.

Why Quick Actions matter

In CreatorOps, momentum matters.

After checking:

  • usage
  • recent videos
  • system status

…the next step should be obvious.

Quick Actions answer the question: “What should I do next?”

Available Quick Actions

The Quick Actions panel typically includes:

Create New Video

Takes you directly to the Video Studio.

Use this when:

  • starting a new idea
  • batching content
  • testing a new template

This is the fastest way to enter the creation flow.

My Videos

Navigates to Projects.

Use this when:

  • reviewing completed videos
  • downloading content
  • editing or regenerating projects
  • publishing existing videos

This action focuses on management and reuse.

View Usage

Navigates to Subscription & Usage.

Use this when:

  • checking remaining video generations
  • monitoring AI credit consumption
  • reviewing storage usage
  • considering plan changes

This helps prevent unexpected limits.

Context-aware behavior

Quick Actions are aware of your account state.

Examples:

  • if you’re near usage limits, View Usage becomes more relevant
  • after generation, My Videos is the natural next step
  • during onboarding, Create New Video is emphasized

The set of actions remains stable, but their relevance shifts.

What Quick Actions do NOT do

Quick Actions do not:

  • perform actions automatically
  • bypass confirmations
  • trigger generation or publishing
  • change settings

They only navigate you to the right place.

This prevents accidental actions and preserves control.

Quick Actions vs navigation menu

Quick Actions are:

  • task-focused
  • session-oriented
  • designed for speed

The main navigation menu is:

  • structure-focused
  • feature-oriented
  • designed for exploration

Both serve different purposes and complement each other.

Using Quick Actions effectively

Quick Actions work best when you:

  • check the Dashboard briefly
  • choose one action
  • complete the workflow
  • return later to reassess

Avoid bouncing between actions without completing a flow.

The CreatorOps perspective

CreatorOps systems reduce decision fatigue.

Quick Actions:

  • surface the right choices
  • remove unnecessary steps
  • keep you moving forward

They don’t add power — they remove friction.

Quick Actions exist to keep your workflow intentional — and fast.
