Manage Your Plan
Where to manage your plan
You can manage your subscription from the Subscription & Usage section inside ReelBot.
From there, you can:
- view your current plan
- upgrade or downgrade
- cancel your subscription
- review usage limits
All plan management actions are user-controlled and explicit.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
When you upgrade:
- the new plan takes effect immediately
- higher limits become available right away
- no content or settings are reset
- existing projects, drafts, and assets remain unchanged
Upgrading is designed to remove friction instantly.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade your plan as well.
When you downgrade:
- the downgrade applies at the end of the current billing cycle
- current limits remain active until the cycle ends
- no content is deleted automatically
Downgrading never removes your work.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription from the Manage Plan section.
When you cancel:
- your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
- no immediate loss of access occurs
- your account transitions to the Free plan afterward
Cancellation is reversible until the billing cycle ends.
What happens after cancellation
After your paid plan ends:
- your account moves to the Free plan
- higher-tier limits are no longer available
- existing content remains accessible
If your usage exceeds Free plan limits:
- uploads may be restricted
- publishing may be limited
- generation may be blocked until usage resets or you upgrade
Nothing is deleted automatically.
Usage exceeding plan limits
If your usage exceeds the limits of a new plan:
- existing assets remain accessible
- existing projects remain viewable
- new actions may be restricted
ReelBot prioritizes data safety over enforcement.
Billing and payments
Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
From Manage Plan, you can:
- update payment method
- view billing status
- navigate to billing history (if available)
ReelBot does not store your payment details directly.
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- you are notified inside the app
- retry attempts may occur
- access may be temporarily restricted if unresolved
You can update your payment method at any time to restore service.
Refunds and proration
Unless stated otherwise:
- upgrades take effect immediately
- downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
- refunds are not automatic
Refer to your billing terms for exact details.
Common misconceptions
- Cancelling does not delete your account
- Downgrading does not erase content
- Upgrading does not reset usage
- Free plan access remains available
Your data is always preserved.
Best practices for plan management
For smooth operation:
- upgrade before hitting hard limits
- monitor usage regularly
- downgrade only after reviewing active workflows
- cancel only when you’re done publishing
Plan changes are safest between batches.
The CreatorOps perspective
In CreatorOps, plans define capacity, not commitment.
ReelBot lets you:
- scale up when needed
- scale down safely
- pause without losing work
The system adapts — your content remains yours.
