Outputs & What Gets Generated

What ReelBot generates

When you generate a video with ReelBot, the system creates a complete set of outputs — not just a single video file.

These outputs are designed to be:

  • reusable
  • publish-ready
  • easy to manage and regenerate

Primary output: the video

The main output is a fully composed short-form video.

Depending on the video type, this includes:

With Narration

  • AI-generated voiceover
  • Synchronized captions (word-by-word highlighting)
  • B-roll visuals
  • Optional background music

Cinematic / Music Only

  • B-roll visuals
  • Background music
  • No narration or captions

The final video duration is determined by:

  • the selected duration setting, and
  • the length of the generated voiceover (if narration is used)

Where your videos appear

Once generation is complete, the video appears in two places:

1. Review screen

Immediately after generation, you can:

  • preview the video
  • download it
  • publish it
  • regenerate it
  • save settings as a template

2. Projects

Every generated video is saved as a Project.

From the Projects page, you can:

  • preview videos
  • download them
  • edit and regenerate
  • publish them
  • delete them

Projects are persistent and represent your video history.

Supporting outputs (behind the scenes)

In addition to the final video, ReelBot generates and stores:

  • the topic used
  • the script
  • the voiceover audio
  • caption timing data
  • selected B-roll and music references
  • video settings and metadata

These are used to:

  • allow regeneration
  • enable editing later
  • preserve consistency across outputs

You don’t need to manage these manually — ReelBot handles it automatically.

Downloads and formats

You can download:

  • the final video file
  • generated videos individually from Projects

All downloads are optimized for:

  • short-form platforms
  • vertical or selected orientation
  • immediate publishing

Publishing outputs

From the Review screen or Projects page, you can:

  • publish videos directly to connected platforms
  • create draft posts
  • reuse generated videos for multiple platforms

Publishing is optional — you can always download and publish manually.

Regeneration and reuse

Generated outputs are not final unless you want them to be.

You can:

  • regenerate scripts or voiceovers
  • change assets and re-generate
  • reuse settings via templates
  • publish the same video multiple times with different captions or descriptions

This flexibility is core to how ReelBot supports CreatorOps workflows.

Storage and limits

Generated videos and assets count toward:

  • your plan’s storage limit
  • video generation limits
  • AI credit usage

You can always see:

  • current usage
  • remaining limits

These are visible in your dashboard and subscription pages.
